All sites in Germany comply with internationally-recognised standards when it comes to health and safety and environmental and quality management. German technical approval certificates and CE certifications at product level also confirm continual compliance with quality standards – product excellence “Made in Germany”. We attach great importance to sustainability. The environmental management of all Sonae Arauco production sites in Germany is certified according to international standards. The PEFC (PEFC/14-35-00013) certificate demonstrates that we only procure and process wood from sustainably managed and carefully-controlled sources. Furthermore, the IBU seal from the German Institute for Construction and Environment confirms responsible handling of timber for sustainable building materials and products. The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) offers a transparent insight into product information.

Whether used in new builds, renovations or extensions, AGEPAN® products achieve outstanding results in almost all construction activities. Perfectly compatible components such as AGEPAN® OSB PUR panels and AGEPAN® insulating fiberboards enable the creation of vapour-permeable roof and wall construction elements - without using foils. The wood-based panels are assembled into tried and tested system components and are ideal for use in on roofs, walls and floors.

The large majority of the AGEPAN® panel elements can be prefabricated in the carpenters’ workshop, unaffected by weather conditions. The shell can be completed within a few days to protect it against wind and rain. Easy processing of the perfectly compatible system components also shortens the construction time. And if desired, a lot of work can be carried out by the customer itself.

Our aim is to create healthy living spaces. The excellent insulating properties of AGEPAN® functional wood ensure that heat and cold remain outside. Rooms are also kept cool during hot summer months, in winter they remain comfortably warm. The wood fibers also either absorb or release moisture depending on the relative humidity of the ambient air. This guarantees an optimum indoor climate – particularly for rooms under the roof.

Noise pollution can be greatly reduced with our system components. Through the efficient use of our tested system assemblies, an excellent sound insulation and a pleasantly quiet home can be ensured. With the tested sound insulation system structures according to DIN EN ISO 10140-2, in accordance with the requirements of DIN 4109, AGEPAN® achieves sound insulation values of up to 50 dB.
