Gran Via Apartment

Sonae Arauco Innovus Essence M8010 was the base product for the architect Ruiz Velázquez to make a unique makeover in Gran Via, in Madrid. This project was recently published on Elle Decoration España magazine, which describes the new space as an "oasis".

On the magazine, Velázquez said that he chose wood and marble because they recover "the classic and the natural" approach. The loft, once divided and with low ceilings, is now an "open and light space that allows interaction", guaranteed the architect to Elle. This interior design magazine considered the project "well succeeded and exquisite".

Ruiz Velázquez believes architecture needs to ignite our feelings. Sonae Arauco, with Innovus Essence M8010 reference, answered positively to the demands of the architect, contributing to create a different and stylish project.
