Sonae Arauco has characteristics that derive from its history, but above all from its people, which allow us to work simultaneously in a company loaded with history, knowledge, and habits, and in a company that is still in the process of building its processes, global culture and routines.

Sonae Arauco is teamwork. I love the local and international teamwork spirit at Sonae Arauco, where everyone can contribute. Together we create more and each wheel makes us go a little faster every day.

It has been an amazing experience working at Sonae Arauco. Everyone is so welcoming and openly willing to integrate us, from the Contacto Program, to the Sonae Arauco team. Never in a million years, I'd imagine having such an amazing environment at my first job, and I’m just so grateful for being part of the Sonae Arauco family for the past and future months!

I started working at Sonae Arauco 17 years ago, and the feeling that characterises these years is that of belonging to a big family. The company is already a part of you, its evolution, its changes, always with the aim of becoming better.

Our great human team, the support of belonging to a multinational group, the great diversity between some days and others are a challenge to optimise processes, minimise losses and always improve. These are the real reasons for my passion for this work.
